FLIP is a two-year young talent plan that will have a specialized focus/track on Product Management: handling Samsung’s broad product portfolio.

Job Description:

In coordination with Global Headquarters, the RPM (TV and Sound Devices) will work closely with the local-country Product Marketing Managers to manage the product roadmap, lifecycle, and sales plan to ensure that we continue to profitably grow our business and cement our market leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Tracking: Evaluate subsidiary business performance along key metrics, as well as market trends.

2. Risk Assessment: Identify potential business risks (Sales, Profitability, Operations, Competition, etc.) and develop mitigation strategies.

3. Thought Leadership: Proactively partner with subsidiary teams to solve business pain points and pursue growth opportunities.

4. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between HQ and subsidiary, incl. delivery of global product strategy, positioning, marketing communications, and best practices.

5. Project Work: Develop value-added projects such as regional marketing campaigns, market research studies, consulting engagements, and partnerships for our Smart TV platform.


Who We're Looking For:

• Recent graduates from Singapore's top universities with a passion for technology and innovation, Fresh graduates, and 1-2 year experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• Demonstrated academic excellence and leadership potential.

• Interest in the marketing/brand management field

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
