Job Summary
Develop, formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve CDL Sales and Marketing Department's KPIs
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market research, prepare and present weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors’ sales
- To lead in conceptualization and development of sales gallery and show units
- Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approval to open sales gallery for preview
- Ensure sales gallery and show units are in smooth operation
- Appoint and manage marketing agencies to ensure sales targets are met
- Compile sales kit and conduct briefing (virtual and physical) to agents for new launches
- Formulate pricing strategies as well as execute marketing plans and activities
- Review and process agents’ commission on time and with accuracy
- Handle after-sales administration and implementation of sales documents
- Monitor and manage expenditure against approved budget
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with strong passion and good initiative in real estate sales and marketing
- Independent, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well
- Able to work weekends when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel with acumen for numbers
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing or Business Management preferred
- Minimum 7 years of real estate or relevant marketing experience
