We have an exciting are looking for an Office & Admin Executive to join our busy and friendly team in Singapore. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to provide admininstrave support to the team, whilst also being responsible for the daily office activities to ensure things runs smoothly.
You shall carry out the following job responsibilities with due diligence and to the best of your skills and knowledge; and comply with any reasonable instructions given to you by the Company in relation to your employment.
Your role are:
- Provide administrative support to the office such local & oversea courier arrangements, printing of name cards, season parking, guest reception & fire warden etc.
- Vendor liaising and management
- Expense claims and credit card reconciliation for office supplies
- Co-ordinate with Finance on the admin spending during month-end closing
- Board meeting & AGM preparation
- Staff benefits tracking
- C-suite mobile phone bill reconciliation
- Sorting and distribution of mails
- Upkeep of contact list maintenance such stake holders, board of directors, Assistants, business associates and employees
- Any ad hoc projects and/or tasks assigned by management
