Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and provide daily operational support on HRMS systems hosted in AWS, Aliyun or any other cloud provider, the support scope is program update, issue troubleshooting, server maintenance/upgrades/patching, etc
· Manage HRMS deployment team in Jakarta and desktop support person in Singapore.
· Manage BIPO Singapore IT assets, IT infrastructure and IT support for BIPO Singapore.
· Manage Docker/Kubernetes deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
· Design, build and maintain the software development pipeline automation with its related tool sets to enable Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).
· Design and implement the infrastructure and operating environment for container based microservices that meet the agreed high availability, performance, and security requirements.
· Perform IT operational activities/tasks and lead IT projects as assigned. Participate in respond to incidents (IT security/IT Infra).
· Support business team respond to client IT questions (join client meetings, complete IT questionnaires).
· Ensure BIPO Singapore IT operations compliance to applicable information security and data protection standards (e.g., ISO27001) and BIPO IT Policy and Procedures.
Requirements:
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent field of study
· Minimally 3 years management experience for IT infrastructure team.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with hands-on operational and governance experience in AWS or Aliyun infrastructure, possess AWS certifications, preferably professional certifications (Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer).
· Experience in a Linux environment include deployment, configuration and tuning.
· Familiar with Kubernetes and Docker, including installation, deployment, configuration and optimization.
· Proficiency in scripting language (Shell / Python) for operation and maintenance automation.
· Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices and configuration management tool
· Good to have experience with Microservices based applications traffic routing
· Familiar with the implementation and configuration of monitoring such as Prometheus;
· Hand on Experience in GitLab/Wiki/LDAP related technologies.
· Working knowledge for sever, network, database, storage and other key infrastructure areas
· Possess good problem-solving skillset, resourceful, well-organized, efficient and detail oriented
· Be contactable for after-office production support issues if needed
· Occasional oversea travel to other regional BIPO offices required
· Fluency in English and Chinese
