Responsibilities
- Monitor information alerts and work with the relevant IT Team to handle response and remediation when a threat is found in timely manner.
- Participate in the investigation of security violations and breaches.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats and technologies.
- Monitor, assures and reports the performance of the implemented cybersecurity controls.
- Assess and manage technical vulnerabilities of IT system
- Coordination/ collation of regular security reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) for compliance review such as: Access Right Review, Privileged Activities Review, VPN Remote access Review, Vendor Access Review
- Develop and maintain operational process documents and guidelines.
- Facilitate in internal and external audit.
- Support project by delivering project deliverables and completing project milestones.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Equip with knowledge in networking and system technologies.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-driven, independent and has a sense of urgency to respond to issues and problems.
- Prior working experience in information security supporting IT security operation and compliance will have an added advantage
- Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing is a major plus.
