- Analyze, plan, manage recruitment process and identify candidates that meet the needs of company’s business requirements
- Work pass (Employment Pass and Work Permit) processes namely application, issuance, renewal and cancellation
- Arrange security bond for new and renewal employees
- Prepare employment contract for new employees
- Understand the local employment laws and work-pass requirements
- Procedures related to dormitory arrangements
- Foreign Embassy procedures related to visa, passport renewal, attestation etc
- Administration of Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims documentation and faciliate the application and cancellation of work-injury special pass
- Arrange repartriation of work pass holders
- Familiar with HRMS systems
- Administration of Primary Care Plan for work-pass employees
- Assist with employee Medical benefits and follow-up
- Maintain personnel files and HR network folders
- Assist management with annual appraisal process
- Liase with Training Centres to arrange courses for employees
- Familiar with payroll adminstration
- Review and renew company insurance policies, licenses and memberships
- Review and improve HR policies
