Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and Monitor Key Business Metrics
· Analyse and deeply investigate the causes of metric fluctuations
· Design optimization plans, and collaborate with product operations to implement and launch these plans
2. Design User Operation Activities
· Apply A/B testing to improve user retention and promote user conversion
· Follow up on user behavior metrics and provide feedback to the operations team for optimization decisions
3. Establish User Profiles and Behavioural Characteristics
· Implement differentiated operations through methods like segmentation, driven by data to optimize and refine operational strategies
4. Conduct Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis
· Based on the characteristics of users from different countries
5. Multi-Angle Business Participation
· Based on your understanding of data to provide timely business support and suggestions
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above, postgraduate preferred, with more than 3 years of work experience in data analysis-related positions
2. Clear Analytical Thinking
Strong logical thinking, meticulous and rigorous work ethic, with a proactive and innovative attitude
3. Strong Communication and Coordination Skills
Ability to quickly adapt and learn new environments and skills, with high-stress tolerance
4. Proficiency in Office Tools
Skilled in using Excel, PPT, and other common office tools, proficient in SQL and other data processing languages, familiarity with Python is a plus
5. Quick Business Understanding
Good process and product thinking, strong sense of responsibility, accountable for data accuracy and timeliness
