Job Specifications (Plant Manager- Plant Based Food Manufacturing)
· Provide expertise in equipment and production process of beverage manufacturing, including Can Filling and PET lines.
· Manage and execute production operations, processes and routines.
· Ascertain that all processes are carried out in accordance to the company's food safety policies and GMPs.
· Monitor, control and improve product quality, ensuring the products are produced within standard of quality, productivity and costs.
· Identify and resolve operational problems in a timely manner to prevent any mishandling and production delay.
· Initiates and implements process improvements and maintain production SOPs.
· Implement workplace safety and health, GMP and HACCP required for plant operation.
· Plan and organize manpower including recruit, train and onboard new employees and production workers.
· Oversee operations to ensure safety.
· Develop plans that help operations run smoothly.
· Create and manage budgets.
· Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste.
· Analyse data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes.
· Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement.
· Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage.
· Perform routine safety checks on equipment
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Food/Beverage Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years' work experience in Food manufacturing environment.
· Established Leader; Has ability to motivate a team of operators, Technicians and Supervisors.
· Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining high GMP/HACCP standards.
· Experience in implementing workplace Safety & Environmental regulations
