Guest Service Officer x1


5 days, 8 hrs (including break time)

Shift hours: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am, or 12hrs depends on schedule


$2100 - $2300 + OT payable

Responsibilities:

  • Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
  • Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
  • Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
  • Performs other related tasks.


Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of Opera or other Property Management System would be an added advantage.
