We are a rapidly growing company in the field of e-commerce, well known in the wedding and party related industry, with a huge following on various digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).


Position Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic PR Manager to join our wedding and party fashion team. This role is to support the overall marketing strategy and goals, it involves closely with both brand, social and digital teams to ensure that the PR strategy, activity and partnerships are in keeping with the brand identity.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead PR strategy, multi-platform in order to increase the brand awareness in wedding and party fashion industry.
  • Develop results-driven media engagement strategies, both organic and paid.
  • Conceptualize and create annual plans to meet brand objectives and secure robust media coverage.
  • Manage and oversee development and execution of product campaign, collections, and seasonal brand plans and high-level media strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the communication team to deliver KPIs such as brand awareness, website traffic and sales.
  • Work with Senior Leadership team and sharing industry trends.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for revenue growth.
  • Support the wider team both in the UK and internationally on delivering against brand goals.
  • Work closely and collaboratively across the wider marketing teams including digital teams, SEO, social media and influencer teams to super social-first ideas and execute activations, events and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ year of related experience with PR, Influencer Comms or similar role, fashion retail experience is beneficial.
  • A deep understanding of the role that social influencers can play in promoting and driving commercial value for the business.
  • Be familiar with current and emerging social media platforms.
  • Passion for communications, social media and on-line retail marketing in general.
  • An intense interest in fashion and related fields.
  • Self-starter with a desire to think outside of the box to bring compelling content partnerships and activation ideas to clients.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate under pressure.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel.
