HR and Admin Executive, Singapore

cbs APAC is a subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. From our APAC offices, we support organisations in domestic and international implementation projects by delivering high-end quality solutions and technology services to large industrial corporations running SAP.

We are looking for a HR and Admin Executive who is passionate growing with cbs in the APAC region. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be an integral part of the global human resource organisation responsible for the HR-related matters of our Singapore subsidiary in the APAC region.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

You focus on following tasks:

  • Providing full range of HR operations duties and support, including recruitment, managing employment contracts, benefits administration, learning and development, performance appraisal, payroll and other aspects of HR
  • Review and maintain HR processes, policies and employee handbook
  • Maintaining staff records, data and information
  • Leading successful pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Process government-related matters such as CPF and IRAS submission, tax clearance, government claims, NS make-up pay etc.
  • Process work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Liaising and coordinating with external parties, such as payroll service providers, training providers, other vendors etc.
  • Handle general admin tasks related to the daily operation of the office
  • Advising employees on HR and admin related matters
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or any related field of study
  • At least 3 years of related HR and Admin experience ideally in the IT service industry
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR-related policies and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Australia, China, Japan employment laws will be an added advantage
