We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Advisory Executive to join our team and focus on reaching out to clients within our customer database. The primary objective of this role is to re-engage with these leads, understand their needs, and guide them through our offerings to drive conversions and build lasting client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers through calls, tagging clients, emails, offering assistance, and providing information. Additionally, you will initiate outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, promoting our products/services, and nurturing leads. Your ability to adapt to various tasks and provide top-notch service will contribute to our overall customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Reach out to clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels with the aim of re-engaging them and converting them into active clients.
- Educate prospects about our company's offerings, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value propositions of our products/services, emphasizing how they align with the leads' needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to gather insights, share feedback, and contribute to refining the lead nurturing strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, outcomes, closures, and follow-up actions.
- Continuously update your knowledge about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide relevant information to leads.
- Achieve individual and team targets for lead conversion, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.

Requirements:
- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/Full 'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client advisory roles.
