The Job:
• Focusing on OEM partnerships, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive joint initiatives, foster innovation, and create mutual value.
• Involve aligning partnership strategies with business objectives, managing day-to-day interactions, and ensuring successful execution of collaborative projects.
The Role:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with OEMs to support business growth and innovation.
• Identify new business opportunities and areas for collaboration to enhance product offerings and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at OEM partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the partnerships.
• Coordinate joint initiatives, projects, and programs with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D, etc.) and partner organizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape related to OEM products.
• Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market and partner developments.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, including KPIs and ROI.
• Prepare regular status updates and presentations for senior management.
• Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Manage contractual relationships, including renewals and amendments.
