JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Know-how, know-where, and know-what for sales approach and deal closure.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and suggest appropriate Products, Services, Solutions, and Training.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients, including hands-on product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and engaging new customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients, addressing queries and resolving challenges.
  • Generate technical proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Conduct product training for clients, ensuring they fully understand the applications and benefits of our solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project, IT, and service teams to ensure the timely execution of product installations, solutions implementation, and a smooth delivery process.
  • Visit clients’ locations and conduct on-site demonstrations, showcasing our portable equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards in daily work.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of technical sales experience.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial sector, with a focus on oil refining and process, machinery, and predictive maintenance.
  • Embraces a growth mindset with strong personal integrity. Demonstrates teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and a positive approach to managing challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams is crucial.
  • Good understanding of technical specifications, contract interpretation, and excellent sales negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with on-site settings, even in challenging environments.
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ and/or open tender procedures would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to start work within a short notice period is preferred.
