The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven, innovative and experienced AI Scientist Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development, design, testing, and prototyping of data analytic techniques, methodologies and analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead development of new and advanced data analytic techniques, methodologies and analaytical solutions from design, prototyping and testing
- Identify and create core data and AI-driven components for the successful delivery of planned projects.
- Architect complex database and computing environments specialized for AI.
- Extract, integrate, and manage data from various sources for shaping advanced models and algorithms suitable for different business scenarios.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI models and data, interpret results, endorse model performances, and prepare them for scaling and deployment.
- Apply knowledge of statistics, scripting, and programming languages in tandem with the company's requirements.
- Engage in cooperation with the team by sharing expertise, guidance and offering technical leadership when required.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of AI solutions on the various platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, or related quantitative field
- Proven experience as an AI Scientist or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
- Deep knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in the utilization of programming languages such as Python, Java, R.
- Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
