Responsibilities:
-Support AP and AR functions with primary responsibility in billings and collections.
-Provide sales admin support including but not limited to submission of product listing forms and customer stock card maintenance, issuance of Sales Order and tracking customer orders and fulfilment.
-Stock inventory manage including but not limited to creation of product codes, uploading of goods received in the accounting system.
-Assist with pricing, quotation and issuance of Purchase Order.
-Assist with monthly accounts closing and financial reporting.
-Assist with quarterly GST reporting
-Proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and official documents
-Process expenses claims and HR support
-Provide administrative support to Management and support ad hoc duties assigned.
