Tea Baristas (Full-Time)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and manage customer queries.
- Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting customers in selecting their beverages based on preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure knowledge of the menu and products.
- Accurately process customer orders, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Comply with operational policies and procedures.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations, meeting Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol requirements.
- Monitor tea inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies, handle stock delivery upon arrival, and communicate inventory needs to management to ensure sufficient stock at all times.
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations.
Requirements:
- Responsible, highly motivated, and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
- Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Able to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
