- Assist in developing training programs aimed at enhancing franchisee skills.
- Maintain detailed documentation, track issue resolutions, and ensure thorough follow-up and closure on all matters.
- Uphold company values and foster a positive organizational culture that prioritizes teamwork, professionalism, and mutual respect among all stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, outlet compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics for each franchise location.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and mediator for franchisees, promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues.
