Job description:
- Dealing all cash processing and bill transactions, and compliant to all storefront SOPs.
- Operating the POS cash register, handling various types of payment.
- Giving prompt, helpful and courteous services to all customers, including managing any incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and greetings.
- Conducting closing duties such as EOD settlements (e.g. cash float, credit card terminals) and will also need to prepare documentation for vouchers and home delivery requests.
- Helping retail operations such as stock transfers and receipts, and other back-end admin assistance required in the retail store.
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years cashiering experience
- PSLE/N level/ITE or above
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office
- Good integrity
