Creative
· Brainstorming and discussing with team for new out-of-the-box ideas/theme for event execution of pre-opening bash, festivities and other ad hoc events requested by client.
· Creative production of marketing materials, such as event posters, flyers, banners, menus, corporate cards, emailers and more.
Planning and Coordination
· Monthly Menu planning and ad hoc events menu planning with internal in-charge (Operations Managers, Unit Managers, Chefs / Cook).
· Coordinate of events props and decorations in advance and ensure outlets are themed-up before events of festivities / events.
· Organise and assist in planning events such as outlet's pre-opening bash, festivities and special client ad-hoc events.
· Good logistics planning. Work very closely with logistic and operations team for every event.
Others
· Produce needed corporate collaterals such as menu, food tags, price tags, notice poster etc.
· Housekeeping of event's props and work area.
· Sourcing for new external vendors for event / collaboration opportunities.
· Assist Marketing Manager on any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
· Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
· Self-motivated and willing to learn.
· Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems.
· Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical and responsible.
· Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
· A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Power Point, Word, Excel.
· Hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (optional)
· 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred.
