Position Overview:
Primarily responsible for the expansion and development of the commodity trading market. The ideal candidate should have extensive project experience and market development background. This role emphasizes business development capabilities, requiring the ability to independently formulate and execute market development strategies to drive the company's international business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market development plans to explore new markets and customers for commodity trading.
- Analyze market demand, identify potential business opportunities, and develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Proactively seek and establish new business partnerships and negotiate cooperation agreements.
- Participate in various business negotiations and ensure that cooperation terms align with the company’s interests.
- Align with the group's business development needs, manage regional resources, and coordinate local resources to support the group's overall development pace.
- Assist group leadership in liaising with government and enterprise clients, facilitating project tracking and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with proficiency in English for business communication; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
- At least 5 years of market development and project management experience in the commodity trading industry.
- Deep understanding of the development, national conditions, and market demands of target countries.
- Excellent market analysis and business insight skills, adept at identifying and seizing market opportunities.
- Outstanding business negotiation and communication skills, capable of effectively establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong project management abilities, able to efficiently advance and complete various projects.
- Strong self-motivation and independent working capability, able to work under high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently, with strong cross-cultural communication skills, particularly to countries such as Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Morocco, etc.
