We are seeking a skilled and experience Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Global Tech MNC client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing user experience while safeguarding data through groundbreaking work, driven in excellence.

Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and leadership within the division, driving innovation and state-of-the-art solutions.
- Designing and Developing Machine Learning Systems & Algorithms: create efficient self-learning applications, design and construct sophisticated machine learning models, refine and update existing systems.
- Work closely with ML researchers and engineers to understand their data needs and develop efficient pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Collaborate on ML model deployment and monitoring, ensuring seamless integration with production systems.
- Implement data governance practices, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (such as GDPR) and maintaining data security.
- Address fairness, transparency, and bias concerns in ML models.
- Implement techniques to reduce bias and ensure ethical use of AI.
- Define data retention policies and manage access controls for sensitive data.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop core algorithms for search, recommendations, and personalization.
- Run offline experiments and build online A/B tests for production systems.
- Architect end-to-end complex systems in areas like Big Data, Semantic Search, Content Management, and Scalable Services.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience (technology product, software product, AI/ML, Quant/Algo, e-Commerce)
- Strong programming skills in these languages: Python, Scala, Go, Java
- Experience building big data pipelines with Hadoop, Java, Scala, and Spark
- Scale up model training, build data pipelines, and tuning to improve system performance.
- Experience with Machine Learning techniques and related projects.
- Experience in machine learning, deep learning/LLM, information retrieval, natural language processing.
-Deep understanding of predictive modelling and machine learning algorithms for supervised and unsupervised learning including classification, regression, clustering, etc.
- Experience of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluating, and developing data collection/annotation/management tooling for LLMs.

- Experience with Search & Recommendation
- Experience with Building Machine Learning Models and Language Models
- Deep Learning and AI Toolkits: Familiarity with Spark, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Innovative Thinking: Experience with Deep Learning, Bandits, Probabilistic Graphical Models, or Reinforcement Learning.
Education
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related discipline, Masters or PhD preferred.
