JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and employment history
- Assist in posting job advertisements and managing job applications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
- Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and orientation materials
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees
- Plan and present career related events / fairs for the company
- Collaborate with marketing department for job EDMs and candidates' outreach
- Assist with any other HR administrative tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any related field
- Outgoing and team player
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Proficient in Microsoft office
