The Robotics Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our company's technical products/services within Singapore.
Combining technical knowledge with sales skills, the Robotics Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and offer solutions that meet their needs.
The role involves conducting product demonstrations and preparing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions utilizing our company's products/services.
Customer Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to closing deals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics that drive sales growth
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and tenders that address customer needs and align with company capabilities.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations both virtually and on-site to showcase product functionality and advantages. Address technical queries and objections effectively.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market intelligence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Engineerin or related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably within the Drone Industry
- Good technical aptitude and understanding of technical products/services.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
