Job brief of Marketing role
Gentle Dining Pte Ltd is a Singapore company which develops and manufactures natural, ready-to- eat puréed moulded food (under the brand of GentleFoods, a registered trademark) that are tasty and easy to swallow. Our company distributes and related health food products as part of sales channel in Asia. These are especially designed with adequate nutrition, appropriate texture for these patients. Our goal is to translate technology into innovative foods that improves people’s health and quality of life. We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. She/he will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Researches and analyses demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the company’s marketing objectives. Uses marketing expertise to help direct strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other department activities. Creates and develops new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Presents findings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department
- Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces
- Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
- Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public
- Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign. Provides expert direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project or campaign
- Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information
- Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
- Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts
- Reports findings and results to upper management and executives
Requirements:
1) Diploma/Degree in marketing or a related field
2) Proven working experience in digital marketing
3) Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
4) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
5) Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
6) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
