- Handle software project implementation of warehouse automated storage and integration to ERP system, IT infrastructure and networks.
- Responsible for setting up the machine, software configuration and perform software user training.
- Perform IT site visits to evaluate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights for improvement.
- Provide IT support to ensure customers satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of software application support experience like WMS, ERP, SAP, POS system.
- Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting.
