Job Description
- Managing full set of accounts and handling budget planning process.
- Providing financial accounting support and analyses to users department.
- Preparing cash flow management processes.
- Reviewing expenditure payment and closely monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
- Liaise with landlords,partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
- Manage the company accommodation.
- Manage general office administration.
- Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts.
- Preparation of consolidated monthly reports for Headquarter.
- Support global and regional HR projects.
- Plan and manage shared services for new projects.
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, HR budgeting and other HR related matters.
- Responsible for the onboarding till exit of any expat staffs.
Requirements - Minimum Degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred.
At least 6 years of work experience in construction industry in A1 equivalent main contractor company capacity handling mega infrastructure project.
SAP software experience will be an added advantage.
Possess leadership skills and able to lead a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6.0 days work-week and must be committed to work overtime where work requires.
