Our Client is the world's largest Furniture Manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the sub-group consolidation and management reports on a monthly basis:
- Compile financial data from various entities within the sub-group.
- Consolidate financial statements to provide a comprehensive view of the sub-group's financial performance.
- Generate management reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
Prepare the Company's reporting package and submit it to the ultimate group on a monthly basis:
- Compile the necessary financial information to create the company's reporting package.
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate and comply with the company's guidelines.
- Submit the reporting package to the ultimate group, meeting all deadlines.
Oversee the sub-group and company’s financials to ensure the bookkeeping is compliant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS):
- Monitor and review financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with SFRS.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures in line with SFRS.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management:
- Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by management.
- Support various departments with financial insights and expertise.
- Adapt to new responsibilities as the role evolves.

- Continuously improve skills and knowledge to take on new challenges.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Must have knowledge of group consolidation and relevant work experience.
- Highly committed with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-driven and proactive with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and communication tools.
- Available to start on short notice or immediately.
- SAP is preferred.
