Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of E-commerce platforms & customer service experience.
- Strong passion for customer service with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone etiquette.
- Meticulous in providing accurate information and adept problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn
