Responsibilities:
1. Product Development:
• Develop and iterate on products that drive product-led growth at Strive Math.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
2. Web Development:
• Design and build dynamic, user-friendly landing pages that capture the essence of Strive Math.
• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of all web applications.
3. Internal Tools:
• Develop and maintain internal tools to streamline and optimize day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with operations and other departments to identify and solve operational challenges through technology.
4. Learning Platform Development:
• Build and enhance the Strive Math learning platform to create an engaging and effective learning environment for students.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and provides a seamless user experience.
5. Team Leadership:
• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of engineers as we scale.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
6. Content Contribution:
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of math and coding content taught in our classes.
• Collaborate with educators to ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with educational goals.

• Proven experience in web and application development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with designing and building user-friendly landing pages.
