- To assist the Assistant Manager, Operations in the day-to-day operational activities
- Able to plan and organise effectively on the daily requirements of the warehouse operations.
- Work closely with Customer Service Team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled timely and accurately.
- Responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking, packing and logistics operations.
- Able to investigate and analyse the cause of mistakes and provide with solutions when there is incident and provide reports and counselling.
- All operational areas and documentations are maintained as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Communicate with warehouse operational team on issues or concerns pertaining operational matters or duties.
- To track and coordinate all orders which requires special attention (Ad hoc orders, Urgent Orders, etc)
- To generate and analyse reports for management
- Inter-department coordination and liaising with Inward and Outward movements of goods.
- Responsible for perpetual and annual stock taking and provide periodic reports in respect for stock movements.
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to support safe working environment including safe operations of equipment
- To ensure daily and monthly KPIs / targets are met
- Ensure compliance with Company’s project, operational, quality, regulatory and HS&E (Health, Safety, Environment) standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management or it’s equivalent
- Strong knowledge in Warehouse and Distribution Operations and Procedures
- Min 2 – 3 years of relevant warehousing experience
Salary range: $3.3K to $3.6K
