Requirement Specifications

ITQ Description

• Service Requirement: Supply of Manpower Services – Office Attendant to support Office Operations from 13 August 2024 to 12 August 2025 at Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School (the “Services”).
• Extension Option: Option to extend for another year from 13 August 2025 to 12 August 2026.

Duration of Service

• Contract Period: From 13 August 2024 to 12 August 2025.
• Extension Option: From 13 August 2025 to 12 August 2026,
• Personnel Deployment Hours:Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm (inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break)

Scope of Services

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following tasks:

1. Photocopying, lamination, printing, collation, binding, and making of booklets.
2. General office operations work.
3. Maintaining general cleanliness of the Printing Room, General Office, and Workspace.
4. Operating and maintaining office equipment, such as photocopy machines, collators, etc.
5. Performing any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, and Administration Manager.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

1. Minimum Education: Primary School Education.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience in printing/office operations, preferably within a school environment.
3. Preferred Experience: Working experience in a primary school.
