Job Description
- Assist in the tracking and organization of medical records
- Ensure and maintains medical records storage and archiving
- Arrange for transfer of documents when required to respective clinics or patients
- Provide administrative support for medical records management
- Collate all aspects of medical report and checks if report is complete
- Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Ensure accuracy and privacy is maintained in report management and when sending it out to clients in accordance to PDPA act
- On-Site Reports Management
- Retrieve medical records by following chart-out procedures; documenting reasons charts cannot be retrieved for statistical and follow-up purposes
- Retrieve medical records for complaints management and tracing purpose.
- Prepare Health Screening Reports for review appointments or upon patient requests
- Liaise between other departments for results and reports and follow-ups of pending cases to be expedited
- Liaise with relevant HR to seek for approval for specific tests required to complete the medical reports.
- Meet the target turnaround time for the respective targets based on company
- Assist in following up and preparing the relevant documentation for all tests that patients undergo i.e. Pre-employment examination, Work Permit, VISA Medicals
- Supervise less experienced staff and act as a source of advice to ensure their learning needs are met
- Collate and prepare the relevant medical reports for Corporate summary or MOM reporting
- Follow-up with the relevant stakeholders whenever necessary
- Any other responsibilities & tasks assigned by Clinic Manager / Operations Manager
