Salary: up to $5500
Duration: 3 months contract
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri 10-7pm & Saturday, 10am-3pm (5.5 days work week)

Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to partner’s customers and secure appointments
- Foster and enhance relationships with customers through calls, email or other electronic communication
- Handle customers’ enquires and/or objections with confidence
- Achieve conversion targets set out by business (such as contact rate, appointment rate)
- Ensure proper documentation and update on activities, leads and appointment details
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with quality standards
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in any course w min 2 yrs of relevant telesales experience
