Our Client is a product based software company looking for a Program manager.
Duration: 1 year contract (extendable)
Up to S$5000
Location: Taman Jurong
Working Hours: Office hours
Responsibilities
- Function as a business partner with internal stakeholders by driving the implementation of optimal workflows and defining localization strategies for your program. Represent Localization, providing recommendations, and evangelizing the vision of the Localization organization
- Determine localization requirements in terms of scope and milestones and drive high level project planning from an early phase
- Manage program cost within your localization program. Be an advanced user of an in-house cost management system for cost analysis and reporting. Make sure spending/forecast is accurate and reported to management/stakeholders in a timely manner
- Establish positive communication among internal customers, functional groups, and external vendors to identify potential issues and effectively remove barriers to localization program success. Drive escalation to resolution, if needed
- Monitor and analyze performance of vendor partners through evaluations and other KPIs; monitor and enforce applicable requirements
- Drive a project and program retrospective with product and/or marketing teams, functional groups, and vendor partners to optimize program effectiveness
- Engage in cross-functional or corporate initiatives to represent localization
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in localization program management or project management in a high-technology environment
- Experienced with cost management principles and tools
- Strong knowledge and experience with localization tools/processes, product release processes, cross-industry marketing complexities etc.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to work on a self-initiated basis and in a global team environment with vendor partners
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
