Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure maximum performance vs budget.
- Develop new sales opportunities in all industry segments from daily field calls and networking events.
- Develop and expand the property’s market share of extended stays.
- Drive Sales in assigned marketplace industrial segments.
- Create and manage property sales and marketing plans to ensure they accurately interpret and support the objectives of the business and use these plans to focus the sales efforts for all market segments.
- To conduct regular viewings, attend and manage trade shows and events to gather new leads.
- Respond to and manage inquiries from the account portfolio.
- Lead Room sales, Reservations, and marketing communications team to optimize revenue.
- Strategically target and secure key accounts.
- Contribute to strategic budget planning, marketing, and all reports.
- Focus on Market competitive performance and Segment strategy, Revenue management.
- Online distribution marketing, E-marketing, Partnership Marketing, Social Media, Database & CRM.
- Conduct showroom, site visits, and familiarization visits for potential clients, corporate bookers, etc.
- Assist in creating new reservations in the PMS system, and prepare reservation confirmations for clients.
- Ensure that all bookings are accurately communicated.
- Coordinate room inventory, assignment/blockage with the Front Desk & Housekeeping Department.
- Follow up on guest complaints and attend to service recovery.
- Assist the Sales and Finance team, trace and follow up on Corporate guests' payments as and when required.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of sales-related experience (preferably hospitality industry).
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong administrative & organizational skills
