Job Duties:
- Reporting to HR Business Partners
- Assist in coordinating training and development requirements and programs.
- Administer HR-related documentation and maintain and update information in the HR system, including personnel file management, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, both HR and non-HR, to achieve business objectives.
- Promote a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
- Support any ad-hoc activities and HR-related projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR-related disciplines.
- At least 1-2 years of HR working experience in a MNC envrionment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
