Salary: Basic $3,200 - $4,200 + Flexi Benefit

Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly Accounts Payable and Receivable reconciliation.
- Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any queries or issues.
- Verify parked non-trade invoices, freight and credit card expenses.
- Handle and post payments made and receipts received.
- Manage FX Netting variances and post after settlement.
- Control and verify parked Debit and Credit Note.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly Aging Report and Statement of Accounts.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentations for audit.
- Prepare GST return for e-submission.
- Responsible for the monthly journal posting and preparation of schedules.
- Submission of consolidated reporting package to HQ.
- Continuous Improvement Projects:
- Opportunity to improve controls and processes across Isuzu Group’s
accounting functions with new projects.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
- Support in testing and migration for SAP Hana upgrade implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holders in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3 years in Accounting or a relevant role will be a plus.
- Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
- Team player mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
