Our client is an Environmental company, providing pest management solutions. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Talent Acquisition Officer to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Talent Acquisition Officer:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition management to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation using applicant tracking systems and other records.
- Facilitate work permit processing and monitor foreign worker quotas.
- Screen and select candidates aligned with organizational culture and role requirements.
- Provide timely feedback to applicants on their status.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and department heads.
- Address HR-related inquiries and maintain regular communication with Team Members.
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- Relevant experience
