Beauty Therapist

Beauty Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients’ beauty needs by asking appropriate questions and perform skin analyses.
• Provide facial, eye and scalp treatments.
• Explain all treatment procedures to clients.
• Offer clients advice on facial lymphatic drainage, eye spa and hair treatment products.
• Properly sterilize beauty tools and equipment after every use.
• Ensure that used inventory are replaced.
• Attend to clients Power Recharge and Power Detox therapy sessions with utmost hygiene and care.
• Serve clients with high standard hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy centre at all times with simple cleaning.
• Carry and stock up outlets with products.

Beauty Therapist Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in beauty therapies.
• An active licence to practice beauty therapies.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry.
• Sound knowledge of skin biology, skin physiology and cosmetic chemistry.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A professional appearance.
• Pleasant personality with a passion to serve customers well.
• Supportive team player.
• Resourceful, driven and a service-oriented & can multi-task.

Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays, 12noon to 8pm (44 hours per workweek)

Basic Salary Range: $2,400 - $3,400 + Commission
