- Oversee the operations.
- Manage the performance and morale of the employees.
- Plan and execute monthly rotating menus with the Chef.
- Ensure quality and wholesome food is served.
- Ensure all areas of services provided are maintained at the require standard.
- Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards for the outlet.
- Submit weekly and monthly status report to immediate superior.
- Administer and maintain staff record; inform HR of staff movement.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
