Job Responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Marketing team for room sales & reservations to optimize revenue to achieve the targets set.
- Focus on Market competitive performance and Segment strategy.
- Online distribution marketing, E-marketing, partnership marketing, social media, database management and CRM.
- Ensure brand consistency and progressive in new opportunities to increase brand value.
- Enhance guest experience and ensure conformance to stated objectives, standards, statutory requirements, policies and procedures.
- Handles guests’ enquiries / comments / complaints professionally
- Assist in creating new reservations in PMS system, and prepare reservation confirmations to clients/companies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate Room inventory, assignment/blockage with Front Desk & Housekeeping Department.
- Assist to update OTAs platform rates & availability.
- Assist Sales and Marketing team to handle, trace and follow up on company payments, pending invoices & etc.
- Perform any other duties as required and directed by Supervisor/Management.
