Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare, collate, and ship proposals and meeting materials.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales administration role or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
