To assist Assistant Finance Manager in processing monthly close, managing daily operations, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing payment processing of vendors’ invoices, transport, staff reimbursement, instructor fees.
- Overseeing Fixed Asset administration including Fixed asset count.
- Performing monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Checking creation of SAP Vendors master records.
- Maintaining General Ledger and prepare journal entries for monthly closing.
- Assists in preparation of statutory financial statements and budget reports.
- Handling any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Assist Executive (Procurement) in administration matters and assigned work
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in accounting
- Experience working in an educational institution is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP accounting software
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Available for entire contract period
