Title: IT Service Manager - ServiceNow ITOM Senior Technical Consultant / Team Lead
Engagements
· Work on assigned activity / task with delivery team to understand the solution and specific client requirement
· Find and gather information sources to interpret problem statement, execute analysis and present findings to team members and stakeholders
- Maintains sufficient technical capability and ServiceNow ITOM best practice knowledge to be able to implement and administer the solution
Qualifications
- Minimum IT 5+ years of experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM Suite of applications
- Possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-Discovery and CIS – Event Management
Requirements
- ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Familiar with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server, Agent Client Collector and Event Management features
- Configuration of the application, workflows and UI.
- Development of required integration components using IntegrationHub
- Strong in Scripting (JavaScript), Business Rules, Flows and Out-Of-Box capabilities
