Job Descriptions
- Greet customers as they enter
- Guide guests on menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
- Take orders while paying attention to details (dietary requirements)
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Receive and process payments
- Keep the bar area clean
- Maintain stock of clean tableware and glassware
- Clean brewing equipment as required
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to operations manager
- Assist customers with store merchandise when necessary
- Inform operations manager when bar stocks are low
Job Requirements
- have minimum 2 years' of relevant work experience in F&B
- are available to work on weekends and public holidays
- are customer oriented
- have good interpersonal skills and teamwork
