SECRETARY or SENIOR SECRETARY
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.15am-5pm (45 mins lunch hour)
Location: Pioneer Crescent (Pick Up/ Drop Off at Boon Lay MRT)
$3500 to $4500
Job Description:
- To coordinate with Head office and customers for all sales & service-related matters.
- To handle the following sales activities:
2.1 Clarification of queries from customers, if needed
2.2 Prepare price proposal to customers / conduct price negotiation when needed.
2.3 Prepare Purchase order to Tokyo office / Generate sales order.
2.4 Follow up delivery.
2.5 Coordinate & arrange shipment.
2.6 Generate Invoice / prepare delivery order (if applicable)
2.7 Follow up payment schedule.
- Other non-standard works such as assisting in applying Export License, Issuance of BG, submission of documents for LC payment etc.
- Assist in traveling arrangement for sales staff / supervisors
3.1 Flight arrangement
3.2 Hotel-rooms reservation
3.3 Airport Pickup and transport arrangement
- General administrative works (such as filing, BizSafeactivity, etc.)
Job Requirement:
- Wiith a Diploma (in any discipline), or higher.
- At least 5 years’ work experience in export and import goods handling by sea and air shipment (Experience working in import/export departments of machinery manufacturers or machinery trading companies preferred)
