A leading Technology Infrastructure company have created a new position for a Procurement Manager to lead their centralized procurement function. This exciting opening gives the opportunity to manage all spend across the organistion, develop sourcing strategies, drive value creation and redefine procurement governance.
The Procurement Manager will work in collaboration with business stakeholders to define, develop and execute category strategies to align with organization objectives. The Procurement Manager will review and enhance the supply base, effectively lead negotiations to identify opportunities for key cost savings and manage the full cycle of supplier management. Leading a team, you are responsible for capability building and development to enhance procurement contributions and identify succession plans for team members.
The successful candidate will have strong procurement experience including category management, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management, ideally from the Technology industry. You will possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record in developing procurement teams.
