  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications for the CEO
  • Develop and implement office procedures and systems to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventories, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
  • Coordinate internal communications, office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents and presentations to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flows.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
