Junior Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify Prospects: Prospects will be provided.
  • Initiate Contact: Reach out via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects, introducing them to our programs and understanding their career aspirations.

2. Enrollment Management

  • Guide Enrollment Process: Assist prospective students through the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial inquiry to class registration.
  • Follow-up Communication: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage prompt decision-making.
  • Manage Enrollment Data: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment progress in the CRM system.

3. Event Participation & Promotion

  • Attend Open Houses & Webinars: Represent The Lab Singapore at open houses, webinars, and industry events, delivering compelling presentations about our programs.
  • Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment numbers.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, contributing to the overall growth of the school.
  • Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to the program and marketing teams to refine enrollment strategies and improve student acquisition processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or tech-related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with coding and technology trends, with a genuine interest in tech education.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve goals, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing leads.
  • Compulsory Requirements: Working days are Wednesdays - Sundays. Off days are Mondays and Tuesdays.
