Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify Prospects: Prospects will be provided.
- Initiate Contact: Reach out via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects, introducing them to our programs and understanding their career aspirations.
2. Enrollment Management
- Guide Enrollment Process: Assist prospective students through the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial inquiry to class registration.
- Follow-up Communication: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage prompt decision-making.
- Manage Enrollment Data: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment progress in the CRM system.
3. Event Participation & Promotion
- Attend Open Houses & Webinars: Represent The Lab Singapore at open houses, webinars, and industry events, delivering compelling presentations about our programs.
- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment numbers.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, contributing to the overall growth of the school.
- Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to the program and marketing teams to refine enrollment strategies and improve student acquisition processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or tech-related fields.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with coding and technology trends, with a genuine interest in tech education.
